How much does winter Camp Cost?
Winter Camp is $149 per student. At the time of registration, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required in order to hold a spot. Full payments are due by November 1. For payment questions, please contact your Youth Pastor.
Where will my student be staying?
Students will be housed in 10 and 12 person condos on the property of Silver Mountain Resort. There will be 2 approved adult leaders per condo. Students and Leaders will have family style meals in their condos during the weekend.
What activities are included in the registration?
Each registration comes with a pass to the indoor waterpark, valid to be used at free time of winter camp. Other activities (Skiing, Snowboarding, Snow Tubing, Gondola Rides etc) are available for purchase at a discount at the time of registration.
What if my student has dietary restrictions?
During the registration process, you will be asked to list any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate. Students are also able to bring supplementary food and snacks. Each Condo has a full kitchen where food can be stored and prepped.
What does my student need to pack?
Where is check in/check out?
Check in is at Summit Church (South Campus) on the first day of Winter Camp. Students will then be bussed to Silver Mountain. Students will be bussed back to the same location following the completion of Winter Camp. Specific details and times will be sent out prior to camp.
Does my student need spending money?
Spending money is recommended but not required. At Silver Mountain there are several different food areas at which the students will be welcome to purchase food and snacks, but all meals will be provided.
